How to claim compensation from Southern Rail
If you have been regularly disrupted on Southern Rail, you may be able to claim compensation.
But you'll have to hurry, there's a deadline of 30th April 2017.
Do I qualify for compensation from Southern Rail?
You must have held a minimum of 12 weeks' worth of season tickets between 1 April and 31 December 2016.
To prove this, you'll need to enter:
- Your ticket number
- Ticket origin / destination
- Photocard number
- Cost of ticket
- Scan or photo of ticket (or potentially bank statement)
- Method and place of purchase

How else can I get compensation?
Separate to this, there is now a 'Delay Repay 15' scheme where if you travel on the Thameslink, Great Northern, Southern or Gatwick Express, you can now claim 25% of the cost of the single fare, for delays of 15-29 minutes.
