Coke Energy Drink

Ask a Question

it has been out for a couple of months now, and though I was skeptical of it at first, after trying it today I thought it was actually quite good, better than I thought it would be

have you tried it yet?

I tried both the normal and sugar free ones, just because they were free on Shopmium (or a similar app) and they were okay. Certainly less energy drink tasting than others, but not the normal Coke taste.

I’ve tried it and it’s ok. I’m not a fizzy drink or energy drink person, but I found the zero version of it tolerable. It’s not that sickly, which is good

I hate energy drinks i think their so dangerous for kids, my 13 year old son sneaks them all the time and it drives me insane. They should deffo have an age restriction. I was quite dissapointed in coca cola when i saw they had brought them out but its where the moneys at with a lot of kids these days 🙈

Ann1984 i dont think its the law. I have looked into it and although some stores have set their own policy to state customers have to be 16 its not the law and not something followed by all shops unfortunately.

KirsteyJames no it’s not law yet but I have read on the news this week that it is going to become law. It already is in some countries but not yet in the UK.

I haven't personally tried it but I know a couple of friends who have and they both seemed positive about it. It's not too sickly compared to some of the others so that's a bonus!

I think so too. In fact, I find the original coke too sickly, so I usually go for diet or zero. I was very surprised that the energy drink was not as sickly as I know it could have been

I’d love some extra energy but doubt a fizzy drink will work

that's good they are offering free samples. I have not seen the offer, so it's probably account specific, but a good heads up to everyone to check their account

I like them. However I don't get them too often in comparison to monster. I reckon the price is a bit much for the size of each can. Yes, I'm quite aware such things as paying more for the brand over the product.

Sad that so many people use these drinks, so full of sugar and caffeine and a sure fire path to Diabetes 2. Kids should have lessons in school about diseases like that and be taught how to avoid them. Yes, I know that not all diseases are preventable but those that are should get more publicity. I cringe when I see the amount of sweets kids eat these days. For us it was a Friday night treat.
