Company Bonus? or Higher Salary?

Ok so those lucky enough to get a bonus, would you rather a lump sum or a higher salary?
We currently get a performance based bonus at the end of the financial year but I'd much rather have it guaranteed on my salary. What would you do?

Tax is the same, this year we performed well so got an. extra %, where as the higher salary would be fixed but not based on how well the company performs.
