Competitions Disappearing Once Entered

Have I missed an update?
Competitions that I have clicked on to look at, as well as those I have actually entered are disappearing from the currently listed competitions.
This is fine for the comps I have entered, but some I need to go back to with a correct answer and I can’t find it!
Also, didn’t we used to be able to save competitions? Am I going mad??!
This topic came up a little while ago so this may be of some help. I'm sure you can alter your preferences.

Thank you angemski. I don’t know how the preferences were amended, but I’ve used the link you attached to change them back. This should make life simpler.
