You guys know the website CEO Email, right? I grabbed an email address of HMRC from there and I never got a response, so I decided to simply call them up about changing my mobile number (since I was unable to login) and that was corrected in a few minutes.
It feels like things get done quicker just by calling companies than waiting for an email reply that may take a day, a week, or never.
