Cookbook Recommendations?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone had any cookbook recommendations? I know there’s loads of recipes on the internet but I hate faffing with my phone when I’m cooking I can just keep my books open on my stand. I’m open to trying new types of cuisine :-) thanks x
I don't use cookbooks myself (I'm a Chef)
But my Mum loves Pinch of Nom by Kay Featherstone & Kate Allinson.

I was given as a present this cookbook...which is hilarious...as I'm a microwave queen....but you would be impressed...as I really am.

Haha I love it microwave queen! I don’t mind cooking I just struggle thinking of new things to make so trying to mix it up a bit more. thank you for the recommendation
HannahSunderlan if you're thinking of getting a pinch of him book they're selling it for £5.99 in Aldi. I shared the like on here earlier this month but it's sold out online. Another great book is called a dairy dairy cookbook. My mums got this one but it has been updated since she got hers
I came here to recommend that lol. Had one for decades, it was falling apart but got a new one a few years ago. Good plain cooking and pleased to see it was updated without losing all my old favourites. At the risk of sounding sexist, all newly married brides should get this (but male cooks would like it too!)
Full title is The Dairy Book of Home Cookery. Which does not mean it is dairy recipes but can be ordered on the dairy diary website.

Nadiya Hussain – Time to Eat, Nadiya does some lovely recipes and so simple. Loved watching her cookery programmes when on the telly, she makes everything look so simple and easy to make.
Cookbooks are a waste of time - i get the regular DELICIOUS newsletter and subscribe to sites that make the food i like to make like Thai and Mexican - why buy a generic cookbook?>
You will probably never make a single recipe after your first go - my girlfriend has over 100 cookbooks and now just buys ready meals for herself as she is veggie and lactose intolerant etc so its more of a hassle for her to cook now even though i offer to cook for her every night she now prefers M&S Waitrose posh nosh lol
Target your time at what food you like to eat and then look for the websites that cater to your tastes.
Recipes are easily downloadable as a PDF and viewed on a tablet in the kitchen - paper books are so last year lol
Youtube has some good chefs - i like the one pot chef and nickos kitchen but then i am a bit weird and like alternative stuff like coca cola ice cream, how to make corn dogs, how to make hostess twinkies etc
I have bought one, called The Cubby Cubs Cook Book - it looks absolutely delicious. Iv'e also got the weigh watchers latest one as well, which is great but im on a diet.
