How Do You Keep Cool at Night?

Live in Scotland.... I’ve maybe had 2-3 days in the past 5 and a half years where I have been too warm at night time I grew up down south where I spent the entire summer too hot!

The thinnest duvet I can find. Also when we had that terrible heat i had air con on all night.

It's hot in my bed every night. lol, I am a lady of a certain age and spend the night sheet off, sheet on. My life saver is the ceiling fan that my partner put up, it's usually on most nights, even for short spells through the winter too. Keep meaning to take a look at these cooling pillows as have heard good reviews about them .

I sleep starkers when it's very hot

Stay up late with me windows open untill I go bed but with this heatwave on the way dont even think this will help ugh

Alway keep the window open and a tower fan blowing on the lowest setting just to circulate the air, but never blowing directly towards the bed.

I have ceiling fans in most rooms but annoyingly my bedroom ceiling fan has become a bit noisy so I need to clean it and rebalance the blades I guess. Also it's missing one light bulb at the moment (takes halogen bulbs) so that could also be the cause. So need to spend a bit of time sorting it to make it silent again. Generally I like to have a cool head and warm body at night, if my head gets hot I hate it.

I have a USB fan and was told to put ice in front of it and it worked.

Thin cotton sheet only and bits of me adrift and exposed lol.

I am a lady of a certain age, so I sleep with the window open, just a sheet and I also have a cool pillow. I have tried sleeping with a fan on but found it keeps me awake.

I dont have any covers on - so if its hot then I'm in my underpants only and no sheet at all - and the window will be open. It really is as sexy as it sounds! (if anyone breaks in they are in for a shock!)
