Courtesy Ride Home While Car at Garage.

Today car was in the main dealership garage at 8.15 for a service and MOT. It was not in a built up area so all I could do was walk 20 minutes to the big supermarket and while away the hours in their coffee shop reading kindle. Phoned 11.30 to say done but back tyre needed changing as big nail in it and not repairable. Had to wait around until 2.30pm for the tyre to be delivered and finally left at 2.50 getting home by skin of teeth to start work at 3.20!

Loads of salesmen sitting around doing nothing and wondered why, in this competitive age, they didn't offer you lifts home until car ready and pick you up after. Would sooner have spent 7 hours indoors than in Tesco and showroom!
