Covid Passport
Ask a Question
The way things are going the government will need to issue a covid free passport eventually to prove everyone has had the vaccine
If this happens what do you think ?
What ever happens I don't think anything can come in until everyone who wants a vaccine actually receives the vaccines which will probably be October time
Its inevitable to allow people to do certain things . However the Government can't mandate everyone to be vaccinated that will always remain a personal choice .
It will happen in certain sectors travel, hospitality etc as Saga has already done . I see Greece and Spain are already lobbying to require a so called vaccine passport for tourists .
Its all about the timing and the progress of the easing of the lockdown and when all have had the chance to get the jabs (probably August /September ) . You can't really require a passport when many people haven't had the chance to get the jab .
It will be required in many sectors , just a question of when .
I think it's a great idea. When certain people see not having a vaccine affecting them hopefully will change their mind
Why should people be penalised for not wanting to be vaccinated ? The jab is only there for the protection of the person having it , it will not prevent that person getting ill or transmitting the virus , being vaccinated will not help others in any way
mrgoggll But it will prevent them wasting the time and money of the NHS by getting tested (as you say you have done) because like a lot of other anti-vax Covidiots deep down you're scared s***less in case you've caught it.
I think in future it will be included as a requirement to travel. Various countries now ask you to be vaccinated against Typhoid, Hepatitis, Yellow Fever, to name a few. Add Covid.
