Crazy Expensive Christmas Wreaths
Other
This one cost £70...I saw some other amazing ones too but they cost a fortune. I mean you can get a tree and chop it off and make a wreath at home...all of this will not cost as much....I would love one of these but the pricing is crazy...

Yep they're overpriced. There are some on aliexpress with free shipping from China, where they are all made anyway. If you buy this month should arrive before Christmas I reckon.

You can get a nice one from The John Lewis Christmas Shop for about half that. If you choose a robust one, put it in a box after use (in a cool, dark, dry place) it will last you for years. After a year or two tie in a few red articial berries and add a bright Christmas bow.
The Studio Christmas Shop is also a good hunting ground for cheaper ones (from £7.99)- find them under Decorations / Garlands and Wreaths

TK maxx has nice ones for 10pounds...and those are artifical and last years... I just do not get the pricing... On this one... Everything can be home made.. Not food grade cinnamon is cheap. Can dry orange at home, collect some from nature and use a glue gun... Just need to pay for the base and greens

i saw a garland other day n thought ill send for that till i looked at price it was 75 quid , i nearly choked on my coffee ... so hubby rang me from b & q n said there was a 6 foot plain one . so we got that n i asked my lovely friend would she help me make it ... she took it of me and said leave it with me .... shes amazing with things like this ... its beautiful and well worth the one in the shop ... ive give her a 10er which she didnt want to take it but finally she did ive also bought her another present to put in her bag of pressies ive got her ....the prices are ridiculous xx

I mean £70 and it goes to the door....just the door deco...
Can get a whole tree and decorate it from Poundland cheaper.

that's a silly amount of money to spend on something you might only use to show off for about a month. I would just prefer to make your own - it'll have more sentimental meaning

Sometimes I buy cheap ones from pound store and attach them and put some extra decoration on them... And it also looks good and artifical, so can be packed up and last years.

AgnesFaludi indeed, that is another good way to personalise decorations. I understand why some are expensive, but it really doesn't need to be, as it's not like competition (although for some people it is)
