Create an Extra eBay Account to Get £10 Coupons

Create an extra eBay account and don't use it unless they send you coupons. It's not against eBay rules, but you must use different email address. I've had two £10 coupons within a year and got a double duvet for just 98p yesterday. You can also open another account if you buy and re sell on there, as no one will see what you paid for it.
