If You Could Create a New Public Holiday, What Would It Be?

29th February ? We'd only get it every 4 years .

I would say late January.

Probably on the day of "Blue Monday"

June 18th . Anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo , a decisive day in British history . But more importantly ....... My Birthday and it never rains on my parade , it wouldn't dare .

Today so I can go back bed

On my birthday. It's not a day I like to work on, even if I don't have any plans. I usually book the day off.

I reckon we could do with 2/3 more. Maybe one in Feb and one in Oct

Personally i would make the day Captain Sir Tom Moore was born on ( 30th april ) a public holiday named in his name.

This is just my opinion, i dont mean to offend anyone if i did.

In America I believe they have duvet days and they allow one a month this would suit me. Coz there is just some days. But hard to level pending workforce size.
