I've noticed a few of these posts lately and I'm unsure how they've come about. Does it mean you've seen it shared by someone else on other socials so you're now sharing on LD website?

We never want LD members to miss out on a deal so some of the LD Team are tasked with scouring the internet for offers - they use their own deal hunting expertise, some of the automated tools we've built and also check out other popular deal resources (including deal communities and facebook pages).
Deals change hands all the time on the internet and it can be very tricky to know where a deal was first spotted. Nevertheless, we encourage members and our own team to credit by first name/username any deals they've found from other individuals as a nod to their effort. When coming up with guidelines, it felt like the "right" thing to do? As ever we welcome members' feedback
