Zalando has very good customer service, if there is a problem, they sort it out very fast. Also Amazon is good in this.
Hi AgnesFaludi I have never had a problem with Amazon, Never Used Zalando, My worst experience has been with Very
Only used them once and as a new customer you would think that they would make an effort but no, ordered two bedside cupboards got one second damaged at depot third never arrived cancelled my account never been back although they do have some good offers
Have done plenty of customer reviews on Trustpilot. My next is probably for Atronica and I absolutely hate them.
Bestoffer They sold me what they described as 'factory sealed brand new' and when I received said product it was actually a used dirty resealed copy.
Just waiting for my refund.
What people have said in the past about Atronica is 100%. Avoid them, everyone.
I got fried hair in my KFC (i thought it stood for Kentucky Fried Chicken not Kentucky Fried Hair) .... YUCK!! not going there again... also they didn't apologise... just replaced it with another fries!! Grrr...!!
nemosays That's horrible.
I think it was like 4-5 years ago, on Subway in Oxford Street I noticed my sub had a hair and I complained to the staff there, they then gave me a new sub in return.
I know that after this gross incident I shouldn't eat at Subway, but if it's not Subway then I wouldn't eat anywhere else in terms of fast-food (I've seldom from eating at McD, BK, KFC and those Halal chicken shops). Overall, even knowing this, Subway is still great and you get to see how they make your sandwich.
Of course, we [customers] don't see how they handle/clean the meats, vegetables and breads before they're out on the shop floor but aside that, I have nothing to complain about.
If Subway is planning to do another Valentine's Day Appreciation thing day then they need to plan it out because it was a disaster this year with customers piling like no tomorrow.
Once they served raw chicken to my husband and also they did not apologies and did not replace the food. Some of the stores are very bad....Stratford Westfield one and the other side of Stratford, also Barking branch, because they are franchise the best to complain not to them, but someone who checks food hygiene and quality.
Also, I would like to write down the Beckton KFC is excellent all the time we eat there.
Hi nemosays That Sounds Awful Anything in your food that should'nt be there is not acceptable
worse thing is that they didn't even apologise, no eye contact, just turned around and replaced it and walked off again!! Then again I just read an article about someone biting into a bloodied chicken... feeling a bit relieved it wasn't me!! Phew!! lol
nemosays The Portuguese roasted chicken (I think Nando sells them too but hugely overpriced) are super delicious and one of my favourite meals when I'm there. Either Nandos or one of those international Portuguese/Spanish/Brazilian stores that sell frozen roasted to grill, course the taste isn't quite the same but close enough.
I just had a bit of an issue earlier on an Amazon order, i.e., the £10 credit off £50 order disappeared and the Amazon rep fixed it.
BBC a few years ago made a documentary bashing how unfair Amazon is with its pick up employees but honestly, those who work in that area, it's very normal. BBC is almost as bad as the American (fake) news network CNN.

Hi Rockman Yes I Have I Should Have Checked I Did'nt Even Look At The Reviews On Amazon Until Yesterday (Not Very Clever)
Just posted my review of Atronica on Trustpilot. Flubit should seriously reconsider from making business with those con-artists!
There's only one review on Trustpilot about that company (dates back to 2010) but whomever that customer was, she wasn't happy at all with their atrocious customer service.

John Lewis or other retailers are a better choice to buy a stroller from.
Rockman I wrote to them 2x email to ask for pieces, what I can not buy separate. One of the wheel came off when we had a Sunday walk and my daughter was 6 month old, Hauck also have been used for 6 months. I asked them for the special metal piece which holds the wheel, but never received one.
Amazon's great they always reply to a customer's email and assistance. Plus, if there's something wrong with the product they offer the consumer to have a replacement or return free of charge.
Some people have issues with Amazon whether they lock/block their account or some other grey zone problem but this is usually due to something dodgy they're doing themselves and then it backfires when they notice that Amazon's become aware of it.
ARGOS.....they sent me wrong My Little Pony, because they so many type of it. Of course they do not have the clue what I am talking about, that even the box the pony is in is different than the one I ordered. I am so angry cancelled my other order with them and sending these back....
Tesco. I wrote to them, that Asda sells the Kinder eggs cheaper. So why they not matching price? The answer was if I buy 10 eggs which they do not even have in stock in the metro store they will match the price, but in smaller amount they not. So how they can say they price match.
(I do not think they should treat anyone like they do)
Ocado also told me they only do price match if my total shopping is cheaper elsewhere.
(take ages to get answer from them)
I think price match should mean, that they match the price and they should not advertise it, if they do not do it.
I've always found Metrobank to have great service. My local knows me by name, give soft refreshments and take good care
Scottish Power are the worst in customer service. I'm sure they go on courses on how to give horrendous customer service.
Depends on where the store is for me. Some staff at one store can be brilliant, other staff at the same company but a different store can be complete opposite.
Any service business will have the lowest scores in terms of customer satisfaction, the businesses that are well off and sell goods usually have the best.
I haven't posted a review in a while. https://www.latestdeals.co.uk/reviews/create
I called Amex yesterday to request a complete bank statement list and he took care of it. To be honest, Amex CS have always been great, no complaints.
I bought my son some gaming Xbox One headphones once from Tesco to give him as a Christmas present. £50.
Two weeks later when I went to wrap them. I realised the the box was empty. With the security tag still attached. I feared the worst when approaching their customer service desk. The cashier called for a manager to query it. After no fuss at all he replaced the product, without hesitation and took my word for it.
I was so thankful.
There are still good people out there.
