Customs Charges

When purchasing from overseas you run the risk of receiving customs charges I personally have had 2 bad experiences of it but found out recently you can decline the charges and it will get sent back but my question is will you receive a full refund from the company or will it just be down to each individual companies returns policy ?

It’s down to individual companies. Most from factories might not reimburse you at all, but the bigger and more established ones will probably try to keep you as a happy customer
the good companies will always let you know in advance about the custom charges/tax levied on the type of goods you are buying
