Daily Steps

Ask a Question

Just out of curiosity I bought a pedometer to see my steps each day- do you all get your 10,000 steps in or is it much more or much less? TIA

I exceed this most days, but then there are times i don't. It doesn’t matter to me too much as I just enjoy walking in general. Once I walked over 35k steps in a day, although I’m sure it was a bit more, but the pedometer must’ve gotten tired 😜

I bought a fitbit for me and my wife a while ago. She works but i dont. She was coming home with at least 15,000 steps and i was finding it diffcult to reach 5,000 🙊 I gave mine to my mother because it was annoying me (im positive i must just keep my arm still when im walking) 🤣 she gets over 10,000 a day and she hardly goes anywhere 🙈

I had this same problem! I worked doing the same job as my friend for the same length of time and we both had a Fitbit... mine said I was doing 3000 in a shift and she was doing 12,000! Which was nowhere near accurate! Same with my partners step counter on his phone, we would walk the same dog walk and his would say he had done 10,000 and mine would say 6000... so I gave up with it coz it made me feel bad everyday when I was exhausted and my feet were sore and it would say I only did 4000 steps 🙄

Not enough! I walk for 30+ mins every day to stretch my legs. Not sure if that would tot up to 10K steps?

just had a little look to see if we could get a rough total as I easily dd this daily but the figures are so crazy different- I guess we all need to just move a bit more each day
