How To Jump Through Pages on Dashboard

Good morning

I have been looking at my dashboard today as I have done so on many previous occasions and I wondered whether you are able to change the computer program to let me move through my 145 pages more easily i.e. by giving the option of jumping, say, 5 pages or 10 pages at a time instead of the current 1 page. I shall never be able to get through them to expire my own ‘obviously old posts’ otherwise and I feel sure that old posts must clog up the system.

I would love to hear what you think about this and whether it is something that can be changed.
