This for me has to be Approved Food (Thanks to Tom). I honestly never heard of this company anywhere else which is a shame as they deserve to get as much popularity as possible.
And then next up, American Fizz (Thanks to GraceN). I've not ordered a batch from American Fizz but will surely do sometime in the future.

I order from American Fizz from time to time, the only issue I have is that after 1.5kg in weight the shipping hits like £7 from £3.50 which seems to happen very easily if you're say buying a few cans of Arizona (because they're 680ml tins) but I have never had any issues with shipping, bad items or bad customer service from AF unlike american soda

Hey nathan3007, do you have any specific recommendations from American Fizz?
Thanks.

Rockman If you don't mind paying for courier delivery - Arizona iced tea is always good! So is most of the monster that they stock, cookie dough pop tarts aswell (mind though they're sickly) Personally I tend to buy more soda than actual food

nathan3007 Ah! I was thinking about a dough earlier today and that's the one.
Will wait for my Approved Food batch to arrive and then order on American Fizz.

Rockman I also recommend browsing the clearance aswell, sometimes good reductions!

nathan3007 Just ordered a batch from American Fizz to try them out and cost me £8.49 delivered.
Ordered the following:
- Cheetos Crunchy 1.25oz (35.4g) x1 £0.59
- Herr's Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Flavoured Cheese Curls 1oz (28.4g) x1 £0.79
- Clearance Special - Chewy Dark Chocolate Covered RedHots 4oz (113g) x1 £0.39
- Airheads - Green Apple (15.6g) x1 £0.35
- Hot Tamales Fierce Cinnamon 0.78oz (22g) x1 £0.39
- Jack Links Original Beef Jerky (25g) x1 £1.79
- Maruchan - Jalapeno Cheddar Flavor Instant Lunch Ramen Noodles - 2.25oz (64g) x1 £0.69
Wish they had more chips/snacks for low prices (of Cheetos) but went with these for now.

Rockman Nice! Enjoy mate, you'll have to let me know what everything is like, I don't think I've tried any of that stuff before! They're also normally super fast with dispatch, so you could have them on Tuesday/Wednesday!

nathan3007 Sure thing!
Another cool thing about American Fizz is that they charge less than Approved Food (depends on how big the package is, though).

nathan3007 It arrived today and to my surprise, the box it came in was pretty standard-ish looking.
The contents:
Now I know what to expect from American Fizz. The prices of the products are much better than buying from a local store that sells American products, heck, I was kinda shocked seeing a box of cereals for £5. Like.. sure it's an American import but £5? Come on!
They don't sell Old Style beer either and this is one I'd fancy to try its taste.
By the way, the worldwide beer pack from Approved Food is well worth the price.

Rockman Yeah, they normally come in either a plain box or one that some of their products came in, I like that they hand pick the items and normally tick them off on the invoice, and agreed, so much cheaper than some local shops, I know that B&M stock the odd bit of American stuff and it ain't too badly priced. Enjoy your treats mate

Gosh so many answers to this...
Starting from the super random like the pirate skull mold for fried eggs I just received, adjustable reading lamp with USB charger, bulk coffee from eBay (and Approved Food), the NUS student card which just keeps giving, cheap flights thanks to GraceN, the video game The Division thanks to Dread, all the glitches...
However more than individual things it's probably the mindset adopted: won't ever buy full price... I feel a bit like a walking price comparison and find myself laughing at some labels... Purchasing in advance if the price is right such as toothpaste... and also cooking. I now do loads of batch cooking every weekend (always just chicken) because of photos Members post here.

Keep posting those photos. Might have to angle for an LD 'Come Dine With Me' competition in the future...

I am the same. Sometimes I think it would be great to go into the supermarket and just buy what I fancy, but on the whole I love saving money on just about everything. The app mysupermarket is great for finding deals and anything I have to get on full price I try to use an Asda price guarantee voucher for.

Ristorante pizza £1 vouchers and free Goodfella's. I now have a freezer full of pizza. Also, I won the free meal at Bella Italia and I wouldn't have known about this without LD. We are off tomorrow for the meal and will combine it with a trip to the cinema using free tickets that we have through having a Lloyds bank account (6 per year). Now if only we could get free petrol.....

I discovered the Shopmium app through this site - a great way to try new products for free. I also use the MySupermarket site / app to check before I buy anything. Certain products are often on offer somewhere so its worth hunting them down.

I did not know that John Lewis gives longer guarantee than Amazon on products and I found out on LD, when I compared 2 deals...

AgnesFaludi Same. But even so, I'd still be more geared towards buying from Amazon than JL.

Rockman if it is for electrical/tech goods then John Lewis are second to none with their after sales, I have had 2 items gone faulty and I took it in to their repairs part of the store(can't remember what they call it) and they exchanged it for new within seconds, yesterday my Niece had an iPhone 7 that she bought from them 7 months ago and was playing up and they gave her a new one without even looking at the old one, a few people I know have said how good they are and they very often do price match too so with the extended guarantee they really are always considering.

jinxyjink Amazing. JL goes the extra mile for their customers.
I'll certainly consider JL then.
