Debit Cards in Iberian countries; Andorra, Spain, Portugal without Annual Fees

Folks in UK don't have to pay such a thing annually (at least, for normal customers) but European consumers abroad tend to, whether because they think they're all the same (mostly true in a way) or it doesn't exist.
This is useful information as banks on Iberian countries charge a yearly fee so posting this should help out anyone, should they choose to. Said yearly fee can cost as much as 20€ (it's like £17) or more and that's money that could be saved.

I used a couple of different sources that showed up on Google which were from previous years, so as such, I double-checked just in case.
P.S. There are numerous credit cards that are also free yearly but this post is strictly for debit cards only.
