Has anyone heard of or interacted with CONNEXX Integration? This is the delivery method for my latest Amazon parcel but I have no more clues as to who will make the actual delivery.
Did have an amazon parcel via them about six months back , but pretty sure it ended up actually being delivered by Royal Mail.
Mango4 Thanks, it's the first time I've had this in tracking. Why can't they just say who will deliver, Royal Mail in my area is about 3pm whereas Evri is 10.30 - 11am. I'll come back after Monday with who it was.
jms19 Never heard of them either but after some digging it looks like an umbrella for various couriers. The parcel is with Royal Mail on 48 hour delivery.
Not seen that one myself. Anything has to be better than Royal Mail at the moment.,
didbygraham Unfortunately it looks like Royal Mail but in fairness our deliveries have been good, the delivery I expected on Monday arrived Tuesday which was acceptable given the weather and it was coming from Taunton to Co Durham.
Never heard of them. I’ve never had any major issues with Amazon deliveries over the years, so it should be fine
I recently placed a couple of orders with Amazon who said that they would arrive DPD - they came with EVRI!
Giving an update. After saying Royal Mail hadn't caused any problems according to tracking it now says 'we are expecting' the parcel and the sender dispatched it on 8th at 13.14!
18.55 (10/01)Royal Mail have it at the North West Super Hub.
Finally. The parcel has arrived via Royal Mail. I have no idea where it has been in the last four days as tracking is unavailable. So much for sender dispatching on 8th on a 48 hour service.
