I ordered an item off digitiselab, similar to a switch handheld, I can no longer find them on the retailers on here, any suggestions as the item hasn't arrived
I ordered some items off mighty deals that have not arrived by 3 days past due date.I have been invoiced by a firm called Digitiselab,I went on my mighty deals profile page,and found no history of said items being ordered.Can anybody suggest next port of call.Thanks

I'm afraid I'm not personally familiar with digitiselab - it sounds as if it may be a reseller of Mighty Deals? We'd always recommend if you have any issues with an order to first contact the retailer and then, failing that, to try contacting your bank/payment provider about the possibility of reversing the payment.
If you can find the original post in question it can also be useful to add a comment to see if anyone else is having the same experience and can potentially help out.

Iv tried looking for a website and there isn't one, tried looking for a contact number isn't one either

Wait a sec. Am I reading this correctly? This DigitiseLabs company owns Discount Experts, a website that seems to be regularly promoted on here by LatestDeals Mentors. That's not great is it?
Discount Experts are a well know website, I can't see why it is a problem. I never bought anything from them but I can see they offer Paypal as a payment option, which is very safe.
RegularComper90 I could see that most of the complaints are recent, referring to April and May, at the height of the pandemic. I had two orders from Groupon that never arrived, I had to wait 30 days before getting a refund, and Groupon is a very famous website.
If you go to the reviews of any travel website, like Expedia, Lastminute, etc., you will see an avalanche of 1-star reviews in the last 3 months, probably all companies had major problems in that period.
Yes i need to contact them i brought a Digitel Camera from them back in May it still hasnt arrived im well angry
I personally think the sites fake im going to talk to the bank about cancelling the payment see if i can get a Full Refund Back ive heard Nothing from this company No Email Nothing to say when my Delivery will arrive

Please note that usually these retailers sell vouchers, not products. So they email you a voucher, which you then need to apply on a third-party website to organise delivery:
- If you paid with PayPal, you can raise a case and get your money back.
- If you paid with Debit Card, you can call your bank and ask for chargeback.
- If you paid with Credit Card, you can call your issuer and ask for money back under Section 75 of Consumer Credit act.

joanparsons35 Do you understand that Latest Deals is not a store? Users only share offers here, nothing is sold on this website.
I am sure you must realise that your money has not been taken by latest deals, not indeed have they sold you anything. Take my advice and edit your post and delete your email from this public chat forum.
PS had you read this thread you would surely have realised your post was not relevant to this site ?
