Has anyone used one yet? They’re probably mainly in city centres and surrounding neighbourhoods, but most of the time they just look like someone had gone on a joyride on them so they’re just dumped - definitely making the streets look messy
I think a few schemes have been stopped as people were stealing them, vandalising them or dumping them in the river. I think docked will have to be the norm with the docking stations in CCTV monitored locations. You just have to work with the reality that many UK people are total scum unfortunately.
Very true. Most of the users of the bikes in my area are joyriders at best, thieves and vandals at worst. Most are dumped and not usable after they’ve been subjected to the abuse the riders have given them. So sad to see
