Does Online Shopping Make You Impatient?
Other
I was in Sainsbury earlier and there was hardly any tills open so I thought sod it I'll just order what I was going to buy and get it delivered - no waiting around. Better still having it delivered to a locker then I can pick it up at my connivance!
I still prefer to shop in store especially when buying fish and meat so I can choose the thickness. However, for convenience I buy bulky and heavy things online for home delivery Eg washing powder, loo rolls, bleach.
I would prefer to buy meat in person too and fruit just so frustrating having to wait around!
yes, you get used to a speedier service, so when it is not as fast as you know it can be,, it is annoying
I do much prefer to shop in store when it comes to groceries, but one thing I do really hate about it though is like you said, hardly any tills open thus really long queues. I have noticed that this appears to be becoming more and more of a common occurrence lately.
I prefer to shop instore when it comes to groceries. I’ve shopped online before and the replacement items I recieved were nothing like the items ordered !
Hi motherofthree. I do all my shopping on line. I am disable. I find it's better for me. The food shop is good. Any thing I don't like the take it away and gives my money back. It's a long time that I've been in a Supper market. And I don't miss it one bit. The last time I was in the Supper market there were very long queues. And only 2 tills open. And there were a lot of pushing in on the queues.
It's a life saver isn't it, I don't know how people coped before online grocery shopping! My mum has v bad arthritis and can't carry bags so she's reliant on it.
I think if it was voice activated, could work better. Sometimes so hard to find the items, need to write their specific names to appear.
I love going shopping I also do order slot online but I love going out with my friends we make a day of it even on weekend me n my husband take kids Tesco so gets us out for couple hours x
I like shops and browsing is fun and I like to see the quality of food before I buy. I don't get groceries online
