To pre-order means the item in question is currently not in stock or usually not yet released but you can order it now and when available it shall be dispatched as soon as possible to your chosen address. Hope this helps, cheers.

hi i got it on this site ? sorry for the bad explanation im self taught on the computer and i get confused over the correct words ? please look at the product and tell me what you think ? the person who is praising the product has the start and end as his email of the company name ? but he sent me a email denying this ? [coca cola travel case] when you go to the site it has clearance sale etc but they have the same 3 items for sale ? i remember about 2yrs ago a item i liked was £4 and they charged for postage somewhere in yorkshire they said i would have to wait a month because they ran out of stock ? then i saw the same product for free on a chinese site the postage was the same and you got the item for nothing ? i knew the site did this to ex stock ? but it got me thinking was the place in yorkshire ordering these and making £4 ?

It does look as if when you ordered they had just run out of stock - but they took your order on the basis that when new stock was available your order would be dispatched.

If you paid by PayPal - I don't think you've much to be worried about other than a wait for the goods you ordered.

Sometimes (not sure if this applies in your case) you preorder things that are known not to be in stock but will be sent when they are.

I'm not sure on this but technically if you're not given a delivery date - the longest you can be expected to wait before you can cancel the order is one month. This is from when I ordered a washing machine from Argos via Ebay - that was supposed to be delivered four days later, they then phoned to say (just as I'd taken old machine out) it would take over a month to arrive - they carried on advertising it for next week delivery though - it's quite a common practice. I managed to get the delivery charge deducted though, on the basis they hadn't fulfilled their initial promise to deliver four days later. So I wasn't paying for what they'd not delivered. (pardon the pun)

Incidentally The Bush washing machines from Argos are not very good. (I'm so tactful😀) Forget the days when "Bush" was synonymous with quality - Argos bought the name and put it on any imported crap they want to.

just thought i would update you with this order ? one of the worst deals i have had off this site ? i thought it was a case with items inside you might need while your on holiday ? it showed a photo of a small zipped case about 3 in square in the photo it had items inside the case and it said what you might need going on holiday ? i bought it for my grandson who is going to india to do some charity work it came today with nothing inside it ? fooled me by the offer and wording but i thought that by asking for advice ? i could of bought a tin of lozengers at them and gave the tin to my grandson ???

hi it was on this site ? someone posted it as a bargain ? after i paid out it looked as if the seller promoted himself because one name looked a anagram of his name ? it was so strange thats why i posted hoping some one could see what i saw he only had 2 items in his store ? he seemed offended when i pointed out the anagram lol ? this was the first time i have ever experienced on this site ? but he did promote his own item ?
