Does This Year Fill You with Hope ?

At the moment, I think because of the weather and family illness I am feeling a bit down. I have nothing booked for the future like I normally do. I have major family ties at the moment. I feel much better when I do have something to look forward to. What are you views and hopes for the year ahead?
Honestly? Why should this year, amongst any other fill you with hope? It doesn't me. Everything is going down the pan, we are losing the ability to claim pension for another year, what's good about this year?
As long as you’re still living and breathing, there’s always hope. There are always things that can bring you down, but just use it as an opportunity to do something to lift yourself back up again
I like to think so, yes.
I am generally quite an optimistic person and am truly grateful that I get to wake up every morning happy and healthy. Each new day is a new chapter and a chance to do something good for ourselves and our loved ones.
I battle mental health I!m not ashamed I got it but I'm stronger than used be good days bad days but yeah I have hope something good will happen x
