Please any tips of how to remove it from carpet which really work? It is a communal area 
Can't you just pick it up?
Or maybe offer it a treat and coax it away from the carpet?
Maybe heβs a really sociable dog and likes hanging out in soft communal areas!
Your title and post content don't match! I thought your dog had stains on its fur and you were asking how to get rid of them from their fur.
Just pick the dog up, depending on their size and don't let them in the communal area.
Picking up your dog is not always an option. I have 2 labradors picking them up I'd be in traction for 6 months
