Dr Martens - Do You Think There is an Age Limit?
Ask a Question
Just bought a pair of black Dr Martens 8 hole boots for my 13 year old daughter. She was really happy but my husband think they send the wrong message (and that only a certain type of people wear them), so they have to go back
I thought all kinds of people (of any age) wore them, but maybe I'm wrong?
I wouldnt wear them personally because i dont like them but i dont think anything of people who wear them. Id say more punk gothic people wore them more than most a few years ago but since theyve come back into fashion i see loads of people wearing them. Especially teenage girls.
Back in the day, it had a rebellious image. But that was very much back in the day, decades ago. Nowadays, its just another high street brand. I don't believe it’s as good a quality though, even if they've gone up in price
