Dreams and Their Meanings

I was just looking up dream analysis for my dream last night! If I have a dream that is out of the ordinary or I can’t make sense of it, I love looking up dream analysis because its fascinating. last night I dreamt I was kidnapped - I don’t dream that often and that is not a dream I’ve had before.. apparently it can signify being forced into doing something you don’t want to do or losing freedom in your life..

I dream but i believe that there are always a meaning to a dream.

I don't always remember them, but when i do and if its something unusual I will look up its meaning online

I kept having a reoccurring dream i has killed someone! Freaked me out so much I had to look it up and it could potentially have a lot of meanings so hard to tell what it meant. I am introvert and it may well be suppressed feelings.

I also believe most dreams have a meaning. Have you used dreams dictionary on google. It’s very good and most of the time spot on

I've been analysing my dreams ever since I took some undergraduate pyschology classes 20 years ago. Freud is one my fave pyschologists and I read his book the interpretation of dreams when I was a student. Some times I do manage to work out what is going on with my dreams. Last night I dreamt I was swimming with 2 black cats in a small pool. I was enjoying it but they didn't like me sharing their pool so they got out.

I think that when I woke up today my dream was: I was taking care of an old man, he was thin and felt he was close to me.

I don't want to speculate on what the dream might have tried to tell me or if anything at all. I thought naturally my father, but he's not thin and he doesn't need my help nor do I live with him although when I am with him I always try to help him out.

I had a dream where I was riding a bicycle through a car park and I kept seeing dead bodies about. I then saw what looked to be a large white cat like a tiger but as big as a polar bear and it had a pack of wolves in front of it. I realised these animals must have been killing people and rode between the vehicles some of which were vans and lorries so my vision was obscured. At any moment I thought I was going to be attacked by these animals but I managed to ride on and went up an embankment where there were more bodies. I was then jolted from my dream as my pet cat was crying and walking over me to wake me up but the fact I was woken up abruptly meant I remembered the dream I guess. The car park in my dream is one that hasn't existed for many years and has now been developed into restaurants, a cinema and a gym. Now I think about it the dead bodies were all complete and untouched as if they died of shock rather than were attacked and half eaten. The section in my brain that comes up with the scripts for my dreams had done a pretty poor job logic wise I think plus could have used a more recent location. Also did Conker the cat crying and walking over me influence my dream and shape it?
