How Do You Dry Your Washing

I dry everything that can go in in my drier everything with a transfer on get hung up round the house to dry

I put towels and bedding in the dryer and clothes on an airer in the spare room to save on electric. In the summer everything goes on the line. If the towels are a bit hard from being on the line, I put them in the dryer on the freshen up cycle with a dryer sheet to get them soft again.

I don't have a drier so everything dries on the radiators in the winter, on the clothesline and clothes horses in the summer

beccatavender always, always outside. We wash according to the weather and have for the past 20 odd years since our tumbler packed up. I'd never have one now, too expensive and also I really do try not to waste resources. 41p per load sounds scary to me ... how many loads a week do you dry ? We lived in wet Cumbria and managed with outside and now in North Scotland and the same .... admittedly tho, we rely on the frequent winds to do the job before the next shower

I dry mine on our heated airer. I don't tend to turn the airer on so it's just a normal clothes horse really, shirts get put on hangers and hung on doors, towels go over the radiators.

I do 3-4 loads a week, £1.64 a week extra on my electric bill is a lot to me.

In the winter, it’s on a clothes horse indoors by the radiator. In the summer, it’s blowing around outdoors

Dont have a dryer so I have an airer that sits on the landing at the top of the stairs, larger things likes sheets get slung over bedroom door

I have a tumble dryer but it doesn't get used much. I wash a load then put it on the airer overnight, usually in the kitchen in front of open oven, then in morning things either get 'finished' on radiators or left in front of or put in dryer.

We don't have room for a dryer so wish we did tho it takes ages drying on the radiators

I use the tumble dryer most of the time unless its really warm and i can dry it on the line.

If its a decent day outside itll go on the line if not either tumble dryer or on radiator

Unfortunately I don't have outdoor space so drier all the year which I have as a full cycle with a big load takes 5 hours

I use a tumble dryer year round because the neighbour’s kids ruin any laundry I put outside. I’ve had it covered in more things than I care to think about because they think it’s funny to throw things at it, and the parents won’t do anything about it.

If it’s dry weather my husband actually hangs it all on the line otherwise it goes in the tumble dryer. I prefer using the dryer as it’s less creased. I would never put laundry on radiators to dry after all who would want to see our underwear?

I put mine outside on the line as it will blow even when it's cold. Also, have a clothes airer on my patio which is covered and that helps.
