Anyone tried this diet and thoughts on it?
I want to lose a lot of weight and have very loosely started the diet, I basically do the high protein attack phase but then pretty much eat normally on the other days.
The first two weeks I lost 7kg and the next week only 1kg but that was my birthday week where I'd had quite a few treats so was pleased with the 1kg loss.
I weigh myself again tomorrow so we will see how I've faired, I'm hoping for at least a 1.5-2kg loss but we shall see. I don't think I will see the success of the two first weeks again but don't see why I can't achieve 2kg loss with a lot of effort in reducing food consumption and a fair amount of exercise.
