Have You Seen 'Eat Well for Less'?

I love this show seen every episode and it shocks me how much people spend on food I know its easy to do that as I've always gone over my budget is anyone else the same

I agree, they must find the people who have no clue how to budget you may go £5-£10 over, but the few episodes I have seen they are spending hundreds on food.

beccatavender I know I don't understand how they do it the best one I've seen was they was spending just short of £600 a week on food and take out

lilyflower yup they did there normal shop the went to the shop 9 times for top ups then lunch out everyday then take aways

I do not go over budget and i do not waste food. I think some people just buy the same products each week whether they need them or not.

I never go over my budget. I write a shopping list of what we need for that week and always check what is in the cupboards before I go shopping so I don't buy what I don't need. I can never understand how the people on the show spend so much money on food!

They also do one on non food items and again I'm always amazed at how much money people spend on certain things!

Wish I didn't go over budget but I seen things that are new or I've not tried normally over bout 10 pound

Leannexxx I never used to have a budget but now I stick to it strictly. I'm not normally tempted by things that are new or I haven't tried, I just say no we don't need it or the price of that could go towards something we do need etc and that argument always wins
