eBay Seller "086iwantyourstuff" selling counterfeit items on eBay

This eBay seller is currently selling video game roms which by law is illegal and considering he has no authorisation to do so, he's been reported to eBay. I asked what happens to sellers like these and they told me he'll possibly be getting sued.
