I find it helps. I all way use e45. And like you my has crack and its pain full and very sore.. you can use e45 all over the body. And your face.. hope this will help you.
There has been a lot of news and tv articles about a cream called Child's Farm, to the extent that people are calling it a miracle cream for child eczema. I know you are not a child but it may be worth a try as it is relatively cheap (about £2.99 I think), and is a very pure product with only natural ingredients. Please let us know if you do give it a go and the results.
Thank you Iv tried this and the unscented one is excellent for my body, but not my hands I'd recommend it as a great moisturizer though
Yes childs farm is supposed to be the best. They make a handwash now https://www.boots.com/childs-farm-grapefruit-and-tea-tree-hand-wash-250ml-10183419 You should keep a moisturiser on the sink too to use straight after.
If you email them and tell them you want to try their handwash and moisturiser before buying they sometimes send samples
Working hands is also supposed to be great https://www.okeeffesco.co.uk/products/okeeffes-working-hands/ if you email them they send out samples too. You can also get a samples of cetraben and zeroderma from emailing them, zeroderma sent me full sized products and they arrived in about 3days
I do a lot of cooking and gardening and use O'Keeffe's Working Hands after every hand wash. It's brought my knuckles back from such a state where I was having to superglue the split skin back together but if I stop using it the issue comes back quickly
Hi again. I saw the child's farm range in boots earlier today and it is not as cheap as I thought, £7.99. However, I am not sure this is the one everyone was raving about on This Morning. I will try to find out and post again.
Looked it up and it is child's farm so their success has obviously gone to their head and they have doubled the price.
Thank you looks like I need something like this, I got a strong steroid cream but I'm not keen on long term use
