How do you like you eggs. Do you like scrambled, boiled fried etc.
I prefer scrambled and hate boiled.
I’ll eat them any way 
My preference is boiled if I’m having egg on toast but every now and then I do like scrambled with loads of brown sauce!
I eat them most ways! I love them fried with a runny yolk most though, would love to try poached but I don't think I'd be able to do it right haha!
Hi Sam. I wouldn't attempt to do a poached egg like chefs dropping it into boiling water etc. But I have successfully poached them in a proper poacher, preferably with a glass lid. Just remember to butter/oil the egg holder before cooking so they slide out without getting stuck!
Love scrambled eggs, like fried eggs although the yolk has to be hard, I don't really eat boiled or poached eggs.
Love a 3 egg omelette with anything to hand to bung in the pan. Odd bits of ham, mushrooms, peppers, onion etc. Then when nearly done a pile of cheese melting on top. Of course you can always add the whole lot and some precooked potatoes and have a Spanish Omelette.
Hi salmaalim here in Scotland we have what is known has a egg Bandgo . Which is a fryed egg between two pieces of bread. With butter and sauce it's lovely. Only have it now and again. 
I love poached eggs, and despite being a chef having to cook a huge amount a week I still mess them up sometimes. So I’m going with practise does not make perfect in the poached egg department haha
