Ending a Text

I usually put xx at the end of texts to friends and family. I don't think I've ever made the mistake of putting kisses on a message to anyone I shouldn't!

Unfortunately I have - but did a double whammy. I THOUGHT I was replying to my better half when a text came in from my boss. You can appreciate the mistake. I started by calling him "Babes" and then ended the message with Love You X

My boss has quite a dry sense of humour thank goodness and replied "Having a bad day?"

It depends who I’m messaging. An x only for those I know who will appreciate it. Sometimes I just do it to end a tx lol

I put an X on the end of mosts texts.. infact i think the only person i don’t is to my other half

Yes I put x on end of messages mostly. Yes I have made that mistake then thought awk what the hell haha x

I have done and people have done to me by accident. If they do the. I tend to reply something like "oh I love you too x x x"

I don't put kisses to my husband, but I do when I text my mum, dad, granny, mother in law and best friend.

I only put 'x' when replying to friends & family but i once sent 'xx' to my landlord

I do find it weird when strangers send them...I've sold a few items on ebay/gumtree etc and people message with 'x' at the end.

Always to good friends and family and have actually done so to boss. But don't cringe as he is also a good friend and pre covid we often ended a social meeting with a quick hug and cheek kiss!

I never end with a x usually a emoji

I put a emoji heart most of the time

I have made the mistake of writing xx of people from work in emails but luckily wasn't my main boss.
