I think this is great news and I’m glad to see that this country gets behinds it’s womans national squad it doesn’t matter what gender the team is they are our team and we should back them and wish them to do well..

Would be cool to see a male vs female football match but then if the male team won, they'd be labelled sexist, misogynistic and patriarchal. 😕 The usual trendy bait words to bash men.

No, I think they would just be saying, quite rightly, that in terms of strength and muscle men have the edge so they are more likely to win. Also women are not always so aggressive. The only way to be fair would be two mixed teams.

They physically are fit but the players themselves are not too attractive-looking which sometimes helps in gathering an audience. I'm specifically talking about 4, 6, 9, 7 and 11. Number 7 really cools like a dude. I'm guessing someone might call me "sexist" for this but not gonna lie, though.

Ronaldo, Figo, Messi, Simão, Nuno Gomes, Frank Lampard, Mourinho, Ronaldinho, Neymar, etc are all male players (current/former) who have the looks and ability. But yeah, then you have someone like Rooney. 😛
