Haven't Received My Equinox Order

Did anyone else order a freebie from equinox I had to pay 3.99 p&p but haven't received it I got an email from them on the 1st May to thank me for the order and I've sent 3 emails to them but no answer
JulietMullaney That's a pity. I suppose it's a small amount at least but still annoying.
JulietMullaney - We have spoken to them and they're just struggling with delivery as they've got lots of orders. I've personally ordered every one from Equinox and they have all arrived.

COVID-19 Shipping Update:
Soaps Freebie, these soaps are currently delayed although we are still shipping them out as we speak, unfortunately, due to the complexity of preparing and packing the soaps, this has become a much more time-consuming process than we expected, therefore, shipping time for these is greatly extended. Each Handmade Soap loaf must be cut by hand and individually wrap and labelled before we can package to ship, please accept our apologies for the delay, we are working on these thee best we can.
CK Foundation Palette: Due to the delay with soaps we started off preparing these order a little, however, the good news is we have now packaged and all orders are now either on there way on awaiting collection as we speak.
3 Piece Branded make up set with CK eye pot: shipping is currently only 24 hours delayed and these will ship as normal.
We are currently working around the clock to catch up on orders since the soap delay, we’re so sorry for these delays but aim to be back shipping as normal within the next 7 days.
JulietMullaney Will probably be coming from China, so I wouldn't worry about it for now.
