Ever Won the Lottery?!
Ask a Question
Is the lottery any luck for anyone or is there really no point considering we love dealssss!
I won £10 a few times with 3 numbers but no such luck on the big wins i dont do it anymore though
I have never won the lottery although that would have to be because I never actually have entered hahah! I always dream of winning it but then realise it really is never going to happen unless I buy a ticket!
Before I met my husband and when the lottery had only been running a short time he bought a ticket and had 5 numbers. He threw it away as he thought you had to get all 6 numbers and bonus ball to win. It was only later when he told his mum that it was a winner! Shock, horror ensued. However 3 years after we married I was in a supermarket and for some reason despite the queue, I hate queues, I waited in line and bought a lucky dip. I had an urge to do this as didn't do lotto much. Next day I checked and I had 5 numbers and we won £3500 approx so in a way that lost ticket came back to its rightful owner
Excellent story! I can't believe he threw it out, he must have felt awful when he realised!!!
No not yet so far only done the lottery when my whole family decided to do it as you could win a couple of millions. I don't do the lottery otherwise.
Once I won around £20...had 2 numbers right and all the other 3 were next to the numbers they picked.
It was quite a few years ago I managed to get four numbers and the amount of prize money was £68. I gave up shortly after that. I know you've got to be in it to win it but the odds were getting ridiculous and I'm just not that lucky.
Only won £70 once so after years of buying a lottery ticket I’ve given up. A friend continues buying them with her so called lucky numbers and you’ve guessed it they are not lucky at all. She might prove me wrong one day and her numbers will win, I do hope so.
My numbers always seem to be either side of the numbers that are picked, I think there is a conspiracy afoot!
