In your opinion what would be the best time of day to exercise. Taking into account your mental state and when best your body will perform?

I like to do my work outs first thing in morning if I can. It helps lift morning brain fog, sets me in right frame of mind for the day & gets it out of the way so I'm not thinking all day that I need to do it.

I need to get back to fit, so I’m thinking I just need to set that alarm before every one else gets up n I get distracted

Definitely the morning is best, after sleep I'm full of energy and as I go through the day my energy levels are depleted until I'm recharged at night. Exercise when you can but morning is definitely best I feel.
