Expired.... Maybe No Stock in There Area
Latest Deals
So I posted a good deal today from b&q for a chair that only costs £1 far enough there is limited stock but there is stock across the UK I even but a screen shot ot some of the places that had stock. But someone decided to report it as expired, maybe because they didn't have stock near them, there was no stock near me either unless I wanted to travel 75miles but was hoping someone on here could get the deal... OK rant over
I did put it live again, just don't see the point of someone reporting it as expired one minute it's on the main page as it's a really good deal next minute it's not. I know it's a shame when you can't get the deal when they don't have the stock near you, but it's a shame when someone reports it for no reason
JaneWest Hey I totally agree - people can often misunderstand what "expired" means - especially if the deal isn't available for them they consider it expired. Also sometimes people do click expired by mistake and/or just because they wonder what it does!
Perhaps we could help with that by improving the wording on Latest Deals to better explain what constitutes an expired deal before allowing the report. I'll have a think
I saw your post the other day and it was such an amazing bargain! I was really tempted to leave a message on the post to say edit to in-store only - that would have made it less likely for somebody to report. (I didn't because you never know if it offends the poster) I'm off to un-expire a Jack Wills coat.
I have only just noticed today about the Instore only bit and have done my last 2 posts I have clicked the box I have been using the site over a year but only post ever so often when I see a good deal, but have managed to save hundreds, so still learning about posting
