Expired but Not Expired

Hi Kelsey, no problem, I appreciate the time and effort you guys put into the site and gremlins are bound to appear sometimes. Just so you know and can maybe look further, I have just had 5 notifications that I was pipped to the post and duplicated someone else's comp. I had earlier reported one of them as being a duplicate of mine(!)

which was posted several hours earlier. I had not seen two posts of each of the others so cannot comment. However they seem to have ALL gone now lol. Maybe the whoops message has gone on holiday .

You did report the one which had been posted 3 hours after yours but there is an older post which had been shared 23 days ago.

SteveMate well that explains one of them, but would seem to bear out my theory that the whoops msg has gone on holiday! I never override that message, there is no point. To get 5 reports in one day would suggest gremlins and I am sure they will be sorted soon.

Kelsey Tom there is also a problem with the "report topic" feature. It isn't permitting reports to be sent until a reason is given for the report - even though a reason has already been selected.

Kelsey You're welcome - it might help others to know (when it's fixed) that that "report topic" can be accessed by clicking on the three dots to the right of the topic.

Sorry to hear that - were your competitions actually expired too or just reported as expired?

Kelsey one competition had expired the other 13 are still open. Some of the competitions identified as expired in Notifications were still active on LD, the others I had to edit to make them active again.

Just had this go into moderation for not saying in title what you win lol. Couldn't care less for 10 points and won't change it as I wouldn't know how to make it clearer. The prize is two tickets to an Xmas concert !

There was some hesitation because the T&Cs state:

- Purchase necessary. Please retain promotional pack as proof of purchase.

Plus further T&Cs state that entries using shared batch codes will be void. i.e. Everyone using the batch code you have shared may be void.

It is helpful if you share such information in the description so members entering the competition understand the risks.
