Fabric Samples - I'll Show You Mine if You Show Me Yours

Love them or loathe them, there are plenty of free fabric samples shared on this site. I also realise that some members don't always see the excitement shared by crafters so thought it would be a good opportunity to share our ideas or projects where the samples have been put to use. (don't forget wallpaper and floor tiles) I've been playing with some leather swatches recently shared and made my first leather earrings. I realise they are a little bit rough around the edges but I hope to improve. Even if you haven't got any pics then ideas would be welcomed.
I'm not much of a crafter so never apply for these type of freebies but I recently saw (was possible on here actually) someone had created a feature wall using free wallpaper samples that they'd cut into mosaic tile shapes. I thought that was cool & a good idea.
I saw that one on facebook - it was unique and something I'd never consider. I have made picture mosaics with cut up squares from Dulux matchmaker colour charts. Shh! 
These are cute, a good idea for using the leather swatches! You can set a jewellery stall lol!! I will have to see what my mom has made with the bag full of swatches I gave her lol x

but nice to hear it's in the family. (would be nice to see what she's made)
angemski Lol I have a dabble here and there but only basics like card and tag making! I will definitely take some pics when I next visit her! x
