Family Secret Santa - Do You Do It?

Do any of you do secret santa with your family and if so, do you do it as the main gifts for everyone or as a fun extra. What budget do you set either way? Thanks
No. I have only ever done it with work colleagues. If my family were bigger, I would consider it. But when it’s not very big, there’s no point
I dont have a big family and neither does my fiancé but my best friend lives with a family of 11 (her and her partner, 3 siblings and their partners, plus their parents, plus a nephew) so they do a secret santa between them which I think is a great idea, they usually do a limit of £50 so everyone gets a really good present each.
Not with family but luckily I don’t have a huge family so not many to buy for. However in my friendship group we do as that could add up and it just works best for us 
I really would like to do with my family but they are not keen on it. Mainly because they have to spend their own money and it is ans extra effort to buy a gift.
