MINES GOTTA BE STEWIE OFF FAMILY GUY .... ITS KINDA NEAR TO THE KNUCKLE ALOT OF THE TIME AND SOMETIMES IT DOES MAKE ME CRINGE BUT 90% 0F THE TIME IT HILARIOUS AND MAKES ME LAIUGH SO MUCH BEING A 51 YR OLD LADY I GOTTA BE CAREFUL
My two favourite cartoon character are micky mouse and mini mouse. When I went to Florida I had breakfast with them. I've loads of things to do with them. I've also got a Mickey mouse and mini mouse teddy bears got them in Florida and they are now 37 years old. And I've all so got a 37 years old Winnie the pooh teddy bear that also came from Florida. 
When my youngest was tiny we watched whacky races and she thought the lady in the pink car was Penelope pissed off. She's been my fave ever since !
I'm going to go with Groundskeeper Willie, Homer Simpson or Milhouse Van Houten. The Simpsons has lots of great characters.
