What is Your Favourite Cocktail ?

I have just bought a bottle of Tia Maria to put away for Christmas, as it was on offer, I was thinking Tia Maria & Coke. However it came with some cocktail suggestions the espresso martini sounded good. Are there any cocktails you would recommend ?
Looks very complicated, my cocktail making skills are not that advanced, but I bet if someone made it for me I would like it 
beccatavender It doesn't really matter if it doesn't layer properly, it's just as nice when it's mixed up.
I love my cocktails but I think my current favourite is a Singapore Sling.
For 2 people, put the following in a jug:
- 2 x 50ml measures of gin
- 2 x 50ml measures of Cherry brandy
- 2 x 50ml measures of Benedictine
- 2 x 50ml measures of Lime juice
- a few drops Angostura bitters
Add lots of ice and stir well.
Pour into 2 glasses and top up with soda water.
