cheese onions with raw chillie chopped very fine sprinkled to give it that bit of a kick
or corned beef n pickallili with a lil bit of salad x ... god im hungry now lol x
A strong blue cheese or Stilton, with tomato, cucumber, rocket and mango chutney inside two door-stop slices of sun-dried tomato bread 
That's some hot sandwich jojo my 2 are ham and pineapple and pickle beetroot and salad yum yum
It's a lovely sandwich. Mine you your sandwich sounds very hot. How are you to day. I am having a down day nothing going right.

Have you tryed dry toast. That might help. I know when I feel sick I eat dry toast. So sorry to hear you are not well. I hate being in pain.
A chicken salad sandwich with mayo. Although I do also sometimes like a chip sandwich or a crisp sandwich. xx
