What is Your Favourite Movie?
Other
What’s your favourite movie mind would be out of a lottt. But I love end of the world 2012 and the day after tomorrow and all the Christmas ones and just so much more
blacklabrador Got to love Quadrophenia, but I like anything to do with The Who.
Showed my wife McVicar for the first time this month. She really enjoyed it.
She won't watch Tommy though, too weird for her
TheChimp McVicar is indeed a fine film.
Have to say I've not seen Tommy as yet. Maybe one to hunt out over Christmas.
blacklabrador Oli Reed and Keith Moon are quite good in it, but they are two of my favourite nutters.
TheChimp I've just had a little look at who else was in it on IMDB.
So as well as The Who, you had Elton John & Eric Clapton, both probably in the midst of their drink and drug use. Add in Oliver Read and Jack Nicholson as well.
My god I'd of loved to be a fly on the wall at the after party.
I love movies, so it's tough to really choose but I love the Back To The Future movies, all three of them. I've been watching them since I was a kid and I still love them today.
I like day after tomorrow aswell but favourites
Anything with Johnny Depp in or the original omen trilogy
The 12th man. It is on Netflix and it is the best film I have ever watched if you like things like that, based on true war survival story.
Favorite movie? That's hard to decide.
I suppose some nostalgic ones would be:
- Dumb and Dumber
- The Wizard
- Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon
My favourites are, Topgun, dirty dancing, pretty woman, American sniper, a star is born. I love a good film x
I cannot possibly pick one favourite out of all I have watched but several of my favourites are:
Gladiator
Legends of the Fall
Joe Black
Anna and the King
Last Knights
My favourite movie of all time is probably the John Wick series. I could practically quote it word for word by the third watch.
I liked the first two but the third seemed to go into the realms of fantasy. wandering through the desert to find some mythical type of person who was the head of the organisation, became a bit silly.
I remember reading the 50th anniversary of the hobbit as a child (still have the book only cost £1.99 ) love all the films
