Favourite Shop Brands

Money Saving

All major supermarkets seem to do their own brand food and products. Which supermarkets own brands are your favourites?

I love Tesco's and Asda's own products. I have found a lot of Tesco's own products to be vegan too which is a bonus for me

I like Tesco, Morrisons and Asda, although there are certain things that are better from each place.

I love a lot of Aldi own products! Especially their pasta sauces and crisps! Plus I buy a lot of their own branded beauty products (brand is called Lacura) they are a lot cheaper and cruelty free! 🙂

Agree with Aldi too, I buy a lot of their own products, took me a while to change but I prefer a lot of their things in comparison to my local Sainsbury's. I buy my mascara now from Aldi and I also like their candles and diffusers, I think their flowers are a good price too compared to Sainsbury's.

TiaTia Yeah I prefer most things from Aldi where I used to do almost all of my shopping in Asda and Tesco, still go to them for a few things but only every so often, but do my weekly shop in Aldi 🙂 I've been looking for a new mascara will try Aldi's!

lornaae Yes agree I can get most things in Aldi now (took me a while to convert) ha ha but still like to take a look around Morrisions or Tescos if I get the chance. Picture of the Aldi mascara, I think it was around £2.99 🙂 Image

Yeah i agree with the others on Aldi although some things i do prefer Lidl versions. There are somethings that cant be substituted thought and we still buy the named brand of those 🤣

The best ones are from Aldi and Lidl. There are some items I like from Sainsburys and Tesco’s, but they’re hit and miss. I love M&S stuff, but they’re pricy

Aldi for me. I used to like many of the Sainsbury's Basics products, but they are doing away with those now.

I like Sainsbury's Taste The Difference West Country Yogurt range. Particularly the Lemon Curd 😋

I'm another Aldi fan. Their own brands always seem to be cheap and normally really good.
