Fear of Flying

Not really. But I'd be afraid to go on a flight when the wind is so brutal.

I was really scared about going on a plane for the first time to Cyprus which was about 4 and a half/5 hours. I just went with the flow and put my focus elsewhere like watching a film or listening to music.

I've also heard good things about the Easy jet course below. I don't have a fear of flying fortunately but for anyone who does i would recommend something. My mum's fear of closed in spaces and heights has hindered her so long.

If you find anything good please let me know, taking my mum on her first flight in march and shes absolutely terrified, right now my only option is give her a valium lol

Hi, my aunt was terrified of flying. She used to always travel from Ireland on the ferry until she had to come over urgently and had to fly. She was prescribed diazepam and made the flight. There's no stopping her now She flies over here regularly and can fly to New York to see her son, which is lovely

Only fear I have when it gets shaky....
