The commodore amiga 500. Can’t believe we used to play games using multiple floppy disks! They took ages to load, but we must’ve had more patience back then

I’ve never been one for computer games or games consoles but I do remember having a GameBoy Advance in pink that i got one Christmas... which apparently released in 2001 so it was probably that year 🤔

Me & my brother had a spectrum. I remember the games were like cassettes & took forever to load. We would always hear our dad loading games on it downstairs when we were in bed 😄.

Imnotcheap Yes! Tho I think the colours depended on the game but they were mostly pink, purples & blues if memory serves me correctly.

I had a Binatone thing which played pong but that is a weak memory the first console I cared about was the Atari VCS and used to love battlezone.

I had the Pong game too, then had the "Woody" Atari which i had to sell to buy the Spectrum. I still have the Spectrum and a few years ago bought myself the Atari again 🤣 😎

I had the original VCS with wood look but later for some reason had the little mini VCS which was much more portable and used to take around a friend's house. Another early console I had was the Vectrex.

A Spectrum, god I loved that computer.

I've owned many from when I was a lad.

A spectrum, a Commodore 64, An Amiga 500 and 1200, Every Playstation from the PS2 onwards, A Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii, An Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and of course a few PC's.

A SNES and I’ve still got it, plus I kept my games in a neat order! I only found out a few months back I’ve got a rare large box game that’s worth over £500 now!

I had one of the Grandstand consoles. It had games like football, squash and tennis which were virtually the same thing. It also had a gun attachment and a couple of shooting games. Even though it was primitive compared to today's machines it was cutting edge then.....until my mate got an Atari.

I had a yellow game boy colour when I was younger. Then when I got married my husband had an Xbox360 and we then bought an Xbox one, but doubt we will have any more as we don't use the Xbox at all now.

My brother's first console was a Sega MegaDrive II. Sonic the Hedgehog, Street Fighter, Streets of Rage... those were the days!

I got into the game fairly late. The first thing I owned was a Nintendo DS. A friend gave me an old PS1 around 10 years ago with a selection of games, which I still play from time to time.
